June 8, 2014: New Releases From Curvalicious & We <3 RP!

Happy Sunday, thrifty shoppers!

I’m excited to bring you some new items today, including some really gorgeous and unique decor from We ❤ RP!  These pieces, the hanging crystals and crystal garden created by On A Lark and Sweet Poison, are perfect for that mystical cave or garden and come with an intricate, color-changing HUD to create a variety of lighting effects.

These decor items matched perfectly with the “crystal crown” from *OAL*, and the coordinating “crystal pouch” from creator Bella of Sweet Poison.  This adorable little underwear set from !Curvalicious, featured here in teal really helped to bring this ensemble together.  Both of these pieces come with appliers for a wide variety of mesh attachments, including WowMeh, Lolas, and [Banned], and come in a wide array of colors.  Be sure to stop by and grab a set for yourself!

While you’re out shopping, make sure you visit some other fantastic events going on right now, including Fashion for Life 2014, which opened to the public yesterday and runs through June 20, so be sure to visit the several sims hosting this important event!  There’s no other event more important than one that serves a greater cause, and FFL brings together the grid’s most notable creators for an incredible cause:  support of Relay for Life in Second Life.  I’m honored to have been chosen as an official blogger for FFL and hope you’ll visit these sims, buy a few great new items, and donate to a cause that has affected us all in one way or another.

May 21, 2014: New Releases From On A Lark & Severed Garden!

Greetings thrifty shoppers!

I hope you had a chance to get to participating shops yesterday for all of the 25L Tuesday goodness!  I’m excited to show you a great little dress from On A Lark, which is a new release!  The “Diana” collection comes in more colors than you can imagine, and works really well for a variety of role play as well as a little time off your favorite RP sim!

I discovered this new release from *{SeVered GarDeN}* yesterday and knew it was something I immediately had to have.  The “Alba” ballet strap footwear is a gorgeous addition to any wardrobe and works with Slink high feet!  They paired up beautifully with this dress, and with the new Truth hair release from Collabor88, “Thelma”, the whole look came together.

I’d been wanting to find a way to use some of the new poses from the .Infiniti. Forgotten Memories gacha at the Fantasy Gacha Carnival for a couple weeks now, and decided this outfit was the perfect choice.  These are some of my favorite poses to date, and I’m still trying to collect all of them!
